I remember years ago (pre xsan 1.4.2 days) there was a photoshop saving bug where the file would be corrupted after save.

10.8.4 appears to fix an occasional issue we had when using rsync to copy files to an Xsan volume. The metadata controller would fail over with a "OpHangLimitSecs exceeded" error. We would also see this error when rsync was not being used, but could not pin down the exact application that was triggering it.

With the Xsan provided with 10.8.4 we no longer see the "OpHangLimitSecs exceeded" error.

Very early testing of 10.8.4 MDCs with 10.8.4 clients, running the latest Photoshop 13.0.5 update, looks like the psd file bug is fixed.
