Unless I'm missing something it looks like the client is seeing one too many
luns. I suspect a multi pathing issue. Whats the switch and the HBA?

Also cvlabel -c> /path/to/textfile
will also give you the lun serial numbers. Makes it much easier to figure out
which is which since /dev/disk is randomly set at boot.

Not multipathing - each RAID (xserve RAIDs) has only 1 port, and in this case each client is connected by just 1 fibre cable (this is a test & engineering system)
